I started painting again, quite slowly but surely I am reclaiming one of my first loves. Probably I was a born artist. From as long as I can remember I always wanted to be in arts and since painters were the only artists I knew of – then I wanted to be one of those. Later over time it dawned on me that musicians were artists, as well as sculptors, dancers, film makers… then I wanted to be those too. Hence I am an interdisciplinary artist. The only media I truly have no skill for is music making. When I studied at the Dalcroze School of Music under great teachers like Dr Hilda Schuster, Michelle Wilt and others, I came to learn that I would have to dedicate myself to music practice 12 hours a day and even then I would only be a medium player. So that makes me a great appreciator of music. So today I am painting and listening musical favorites.
